The best — and fastest — way to reach us is by email at hello@honestpicture.com. A real person reads every message, and we aim to respond within a few business days. To help us reply well, please include the specific page (a URL is ideal) and as much detail as you can.
What to write about
- Corrections. If a figure looks wrong or out of date, tell us — include the page and, if you can, a source. We review every correction and will fix or annotate the page.
- Source suggestions. If there is a study, dataset, or survey we should be citing, send it along. We keep a full source list and are always improving it.
- Feedback. Did the assessment or an insight page help you see something more clearly — or get something wrong about your situation? That feedback directly shapes what we build and rewrite.
- Privacy and data requests. To ask about your data or exercise a privacy right (access, deletion, opt-out), email us with "Privacy" in the subject line. See our privacy policy for details.
- Advertising and partnerships. For advertising, media, or collaboration enquiries, use the same address with "Advertising" or "Press" in the subject line.
- Legal. For legal notices or questions about our terms of use, email us with "Legal" in the subject line.
Response times
Honest Picture is run by one person, so replies are not instant, but everything gets read and triaged. Corrections and privacy requests are prioritised. If your message needs research, you will get an acknowledgement first and a proper answer once the checking is done.
What we cannot do
We cannot offer personal financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice, and we cannot respond to emergencies or crises. If you are struggling or in danger, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency or crisis service.
